Headache Program
Headache is the most common persistent symptom after concussion and one of the most common complaints in neurology. Either way, the visit captures one day and the patient describes the rest from memory. The Headache Program measures the weeks in between.
What it includes
- HIT-6 on schedule. Sent to the patient's phone on the cadence you set, banded automatically, plotted over time.
- The symptoms that travel with headache. PSQI for sleep, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 for mood, PCSS for post-traumatic patients.
- Cognitive tracking where indicated. SDMT and Digit Span for chronic headache patients with cognitive complaints. See chronic headache and cognition.
- Telehealth follow-up. Medication changes reviewed against a trend instead of a recollection.
Two populations
Post-traumatic headache. Runs inside the Concussion Program with HIT-6 added. See headache after concussion.
Chronic headache without injury. Runs on its own for neurology and headache practices.
