Kavera founder awarded U.S. patent for autograft collection device
John M. Abrahams, MD — founder of Kavera — and his development team were awarded U.S. Patent 12,697,105 B2 for an invention that helps spine surgeons collect bone during fusion surgery. The patent covers the BDC-15, developed and marketed by Capseus, Inc. It is his fifteenth U.S. patent.
