Who these terms cover
These terms govern use of the Kavera marketing website. Access to the Kavera clinical platform is governed separately by the master services agreement and Business Associate Agreement executed with each practice.
No clinical or coding advice
Content on this site — including the assessment library, billing pages, clinical guides and revenue calculator — is educational. It is not clinical advice, coding advice, reimbursement advice, or legal advice, and it does not establish a provider-patient or attorney-client relationship. Verify all coding and coverage requirements with CMS, your MAC and each payer. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician.
Estimates are not projections
The revenue calculator produces a planning estimate from assumptions you enter. It is not a forecast, a guarantee of reimbursement, or a representation that any payer will cover any service.
Protected health information
Do not submit protected health information through this website. The forms here collect business contact details only. PHI belongs in the clinical platform, which is covered by a signed BAA. See our Privacy Policy and security overview.
Intellectual property
The Kavera name, logo, site content and platform are owned by Kavera and its licensors. Validated clinical instruments referenced on this site remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used in the platform under their applicable terms.
