Plans start at $499 per month. What a practice pays depends on how many providers use Kavera and whether your staff run the program or ours does. Exact pricing for your setup is confirmed on the demo — there is no long negotiation and no per-seat surprise.

Self-Serve

Your staff run the program: scheduling, check-in follow-up, dashboard review, documentation prep. Your billing team submits.

Fits practices with an MA, nurse or coordinator who can own the workflow from day one.

Includes:

Full assessment battery across all four modules
Weekly check-ins, brain training, guided support tool, telehealth
Clinician dashboard with baseline comparison and flags
Documentation structured for RTM and neurocognitive testing codes

Managed

Everything in Self-Serve, plus Kavera staff run it. Our team enrolls patients, sends and chases check-ins, preps the documentation, prepares and submits claims under your credentials, and meets you monthly. You see the patient, review, and sign.

Fits practices that see concussion patients and don't have staff to run monitoring between visits.

Managed is a six-month program. By month seven your staff has run the workflow beside ours and can take it in-house, or you renew.

Common questions

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Managed practices move to Self-Serve at month seven or renew. Self-Serve practices can add Managed anytime.

Does Managed replace my billing team?

For the Kavera codes, Kavera prepares and submits under your credentials with your approval. Your billing team keeps everything else.

Do both plans support the same codes?

Yes. Codes depend on services furnished and payer rules, not the plan. See the billing library.
